Refund policy

At Blue Kee Design Co., all products are handmade with care, and each piece is unique. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom & Personalized Orders
Because all of our products are custom-made to order with personalized details (such as names and letter counts), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Change of mind, preference changes, or ordering mistakes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All orders are final sale.
Please carefully review your order details, including spelling, colour, style, and production timelines before submitting your order, as we begin production shortly after an order is placed.
Slight variations in colour, size, texture, and finish are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects. These natural differences do not entitle customers to a refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at bluekeedesignco@gmail.com with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
We will assess each situation individually and offer a resolution which may include a remake, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion. Due to the handmade nature of our products, an exact replacement cannot always be guaranteed.
3. Shipping and Lost Items
Once your order leaves Blue Kee Design Co.'s care, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
We will assist in liaising with Canada Post or other postal carriers if a parcel is lost or delayed, but these services are independent of Blue Kee Design Co..
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Notes
All products are decor items. Slight fading, wear, or changes to materials over time are not considered faults.
