Shipping policy

At Blue Kee Design Co., all products are handmade with care. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Processing Time
All of our products are handmade to order and therefore require time to create. Please refer to our banner at the top of our website for current production timelines.
Please note that processing and shipping may take several weeks due to the handmade nature of the products and the volume of orders.
We cannot guarantee production times or accommodate specific delivery dates.
2. Shipping and Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship from Ontario, Canada.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or other trusted postal carriers.
Once an order leaves Blue Kee Design Co.'s care, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
Blue Kee Design Co. will assist in liaising with Canada Post or other carriers if an issue occurs, but these services are independent entities outside of our control.
3. International Shipping
International shipping is available and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.
Shipping times for international orders may vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services. We are not responsible for any delays.
4. Order Tracking
Most orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at bluekeedesignco@gmail.com so we can assess the situation.
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to guarantee an exact replacement. Each banner is made to order and may vary slightly. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a remake, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Safety and Handling
All Blue Kee Design Co. products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Our felt name banners are handmade and may include small decorative elements — please handle with care upon unpacking.
Please note:
- Our banners are intended for decorative use only and should be displayed out of reach of young children and infants. They are not suitable for hanging from cribs or sleeping areas full time. Customers should refer to current safe sleep guidelines when displaying products near children.
- Some products may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
- Avoid exposure to excessive moisture or direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this may affect the quality and colour of the felt materials.
- Do not machine wash. Spot clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth if needed.
We take great care in packing each order, but if you have any concerns about the condition of your package upon arrival, please contact us before discarding any packaging materials, as these may be needed for a shipping claim.
8. Notes
Handmade items may have natural variations in colour, size, texture, and finish. Customers should be aware that these variations are part of the unique handmade nature of the product and do not constitute defects.
